Damaged Products During Delivery
We aim to deliver products in good condition. However, if a product is damaged during delivery, the customer must contact GainBuilt Fitness as soon as possible and provide clear proof of the issue.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damaged product and package condition.
- The proof must show that the product was damaged during shipping or arrived in unusable condition.
- After reviewing the evidence, GainBuilt Fitness may arrange a replacement shipment when the claim is approved.
- Claims without proper proof may not qualify for replacement shipment support.
- Customers should not throw away the damaged product or packaging until the review is complete.
Customer Shipping Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- GainBuilt Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to customer address error.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local delivery fees.
