Prescription Orders May Be Held or Cancelled
An order may remain pending, be refused, or be cancelled when a required prescription or verification requirement has not been met.

- The submitted information cannot be verified.
- The prescription does not match the applicable order.
- Fraud or alteration is reasonably suspected.
- The order cannot legally be fulfilled.
Any applicable refund for a cancelled paid order will be handled under the relevant GainBuilt Fitness payment and refund policies.
Controlled & Restricted Products

Customer Responsibilities
